So far very pleased with product 6 teak chairs and table looks fantastic delivery spot on and communication over phone very good ,if one small problem they don't answer emails ,
Placed my order and heard nothing for a week. I called and spoke to a man that seemed annoyed that I had called. He told me that my order was out of stock, and the delivery driver was on holiday for another week anyway. They offered me a different product and promised delivery promptly, but that is not the case. Still waiting for delivery and no news. They charge for prompted delivery and so far two weeks later nothing.
I can highly recommend this shop, the staff and the furnitures.We've bought a garden bench and the delivery to our home in Germany was perfect! Well done, Will!! :)
